Here's the Situation:

You've been taught that feeling negative emotions is bad.

You should look on the 'bright side.'

Do something 'positive' and forget about what you're feeling.

Be grateful and focus on all the 'great' things going on in your life.

And while that's good advice...

...it's not enough

These are just temporary distractions that take you away from the root cause.

All those 'monsters' that fill your head with negative self-talk?

They're begging for your attention.

They want to let you know something's wrong and support you.

Every time you ignore them, they're hurt...

... and they will make those negative emotions stronger until you stop and listen.

That's why Monsters in Me was made.

So you can confront your monsters in a healthy manner and understand them...

... without crashing and burning emotionally in the process.

It's not about being positive all the time.

It's about understanding all aspects of your personality (monsters included)...

... and learning to love yourself regardless.

Because only then can you truly embrace your authentic self, heal, and become whole.

    • Coming to an end

Before I confronted my monsters...

...it was really bad

I was constantly looking for external validation.

I was terrified of looking inwards...

... I just couldn't face my monsters.

So, I relied on the opinions of other to make myself feel good.

Stephanie receives a compliment? She's happy.

Someone is harsh to Stephanie? She's stuck in an endless loop of self-depreciation, guilt, and sadness.

All this 'judgement' led to a full-blown drug addiction, severe depression, and chronic illness.

And it all changed when I confronted my monsters.

I couldn't let it go on - so I 'faced' the music and confronted my inner demons...

... and I noticed something incredible.

I felt light as a feather.

The shackles of judgement were broken, and I could finally walk forward without judging every step.

I don't need the validation of other's to feel good.

I am comfortable in my own skin.

I am whole.

That's why I stick firmly behind Monsters in Me..

... because it saved my life.

And I know it will transform yours.

That's why...

Testimonials

Better than therapy..

by Casey

I got a lot of work done last night and tried the deep meditation and journaled right after. I cried so much and it was actually quite beautiful. It was really deep and I had a lot of realizations. Just wanted to say thank you again! This is definitely more than I can say a therapist has helped me in the past.

Better than anything else I've worked with...

by Hannah

It’s going well. I’m really enjoying it more than anything else I’ve worked with so far on the shadow. It’s empowering. I’m probably only 25% in though. Been taking it slow.

I did not ever imagine how different one can feel in just one month....

by Meenakshi

I did not ever imagine how different one can feel in just one month. You've always held so much space for me through the process even when I was being especially difficult in the start with the heavy stuff. Your meditations, insights, techniques & tools are a god sent and you've given me enough to continue working for the whole year. Thank you so much, I feel lighter, brighter and even when I don't; I know how to come back so much faster <3

I would absolutely recommend this to all...

by Travis

I would absolutely recommend this to all. We go to counselors or psychologists to better understand our psyche. They went to school and learned from a textbook and a lot of theory. We all have life experience to one degree or another. The difference is when that life experience leads you to overcome your own dis-ease. The knowledge and wisdom we learn on this journey far outweighs anything you can learn in a classroom. Because of this i highly recommend Stephanie's work.

Take a journey inwards in a safe environment.

Monsters In Me is an honest and thoughtful conversation with your inner voice. It asks you to question the systems currently in place that have taught us to judge ourselves harshly, and participate in negative, biased thinking. Monsters In Me guides you through it's lessons with simplicity, compassion and humor.
